With its high fiber content from the fruits and vegetables, this Christmas smoothie recipes will leave you satisfied and reinvigorated.


  • 1 1/2 oz spinach
  • 1 apple (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon apple pie spice
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1/2 tablespoon acai berry powder
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup ice


  • Pour the cup of water and ice into the blender as base.
  • Add in the spinach, apple, avocado and blend until smooth.
  • Pour content into a cup.
  • Sprinkle the apple pie spice and acai berry powder on it as toppings.

Apples are really great for weight loss by making you feel fuller for a long period. So this is a perfect Christmas smoothie recipe. It is also loaded with antioxidants and a high vitamin C content to protect your immunity.


Maple syrup is one of the best natural sweeteners in terms of nutrition, containing a healthy serving of zinc and magnesium to boost the immune system while soothing your nervous system.


  • 4 oz raw yellow sweet potatoes (scrubbed and washed)
  • 1 banana (peeled)
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoon cashews
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup ice


  • Pour into a blender the ice and water as base.
  • Add into it the raw yellow sweet potatoes, peeled banana, cashews.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour the contents into a cup and sprinkle the cinnamon and maple syrup on it.

This smoothie is perfect anytime of the day as it is filled with antioxidants from the maple syrup and fiber and beta-carotene from sweet potatoes. The name reminds me of what a friend of mine used to call her ex, but that’s a story for another day! This low-calorie immune-boosting Christmas smoothie recipe has maqui berries as its main ingredient which has been shown to have potent anti-viral properties and promote cardiovascular health.


  • 4 oz chopped jicama
  • 1 peach – pitted
  • 1 banana (peeled)
  • 1 tablespoon maqui berry
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup ice


  • Pour the ice and water into the blender.
  • Add in the chopped jicama, peach, banana and maqui berries.
  • Blend till completely smooth and pour into a cup.
  • Sprinkle the hemp seeds on it as toppings and bottoms up!
